Types of data we collect
When someone visits www.cobbleacre.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
When you make a booking either by calling our office or by our online booking system or in person your name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our back office booking system, Campmanger (for holidays) or ibookfishing (for lake bookings). This data is stored for no more than two years after your last booking with us. If a contact form is submitted we will store the data within the email for no more than two years. We store your data to contact you in regard to your booking(s) or a query you have made. When purchasing a fishing ticket in person we ask for your name and address, this is for the purpose of ticket monitoring and accounting purposes. We will store these tickets for 8 years for account purposes required by HMRC. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
We do not share any person data with other organisation.
